Village of East Toronto’s Christmas Parade Highlights

Thanks to the great folks at Community Centre 55 for organizing the 2nd annual Christmas parade in The Beach on November 10.  Over 40 floats, bands, and families entered.  Behind us in the parade were great musicians from the Recreation Centre on Williamson Road – we truly enjoyed their singing for the length of the parade.

My helper elf (send an e-mail to me if you know her!) gave out almost 1,000 candy canes to the children, and said hello to many neighbours, friends and clients.

Parade Preparation

My co-pilot Mao-i had a great time, and was a great hit with the kids, and the kids-at-heart.

Maui Beach Christmas Parade

Great parade, and very much looking forward to next year’s.  Thanks Bob and Nancy and the rest of the Community Centre 55 team who make this great community event such as success each year.  A great tradition continues!  I am proud to be a supporter!
