Seller Disclosure

George O’Neill discusses why sellers should fully disclose all property issues they are aware of, such as water leakage into the house from a roof or basement. The market attitude has shifted, and rightly so, from “buyer beware” to “full disclosure”. In Toronto we use a Seller Property Information Sheet (SPIS) to have the seller disclose all such information.
