    Thanks for your comment. There are lots of FSBO websites that sellers can go to, and if they wish to try to sell on their own, I encourage them to look at these sites and try them out. If sellers want full-time professional help, they should seek out the services of the best real estate agent they can find.

    An analogy. I can actually do my own taxes, but I hire the best tax accountant I can find since I know she will do a great job for me, will save me time so I can spend that time serving my clients or improving my quality of life with my family, and she will most likely increase my tax return and therefore save me money in the end. I think the best real estate agents do the same.
