Pros Require Service Contracts, Which Protect All Parties

Episode 116 of the daily Toronto Real Estate Musing video blog. George O’Neill video blogs about why pro real estate agents will always ask buyers to sign a service contract at the start of the property search process. This ensures all parties understand the services to be delivered, therefore protecting all parties. I will not work with buyers who are not willing to sign such an agreement. In any other industry service contracts are common, so why not in real estate as well?
