I had a condo in LaSalle that had the sink on an outside wall. Even though the condo was well heated whenever the temperature went to -30c or below it would freeze. Even using cold water and a slower drip helped. But someone help you if you forgot this. Happened to me twice. It was my neighbour, also a former SPAR person, who told me this trick. This is funny.
