Episode 207 of the Toronto Real Estate Musing daily video blog, and the first of a series of Monday updates on the housing market in The Beach, Toronto.
For the week ending July 4th, 2010, we saw 140 freehold properties and 23 condominiums (both apartments and townhouses) for sale, with 5 freeholds sold. Compared to the same week in 2009, there is a -3% drop in median sale prices. It’s slight, however we see this is indicative of a market that is cooling down from a frenzied seller’s market to a more balanced one.
