Glimpsing the condo construction in downtown Toronto

Episode 233 of the Toronto Real Estate Musing daily video blog.

George O’Neill is driving down the Gardiner Expressway and making a quick survey of the condominium developments under construction by the harbourfront in downtown Toronto (aka, TREB district C01). While the market in this district has cooled down, he counts at least 13 cranes -- a sign that indicates that waterfront condos are still being built and bought.

According to UrbanDB, a total of 24 condos are in the midst of construction on the Toronto lakeshore, with another 34 on the drawing board.
