George O’Neill is pleased to announce The Beach BIA (The Beaches Business Improvement Area) is interested in having George join their Board, which consists of seasoned business executives and Beach community leaders. They believe George would bring a wealth of experience and genuine interest, as both a local business owner and resident, to help ensure the Beach remains a vibrant, safe and highly desirable community.
A BIA helps manage many of the neighbourhood’s events, beautify the streetscape, and find ways to promote businesses and tourism within the area. There are roughly 70 BIAs in Toronto.
The Beach BIA manages the Queen Street East strip from Lockwood Road to the west near Woodbine Avenue, to Victoria Park Avenue to the east.
Our home is in The Beach. It’s where O’Neill Real Estate is based out of. We go to school in The Beach and patronize local Beaches merchants. This is where we live and where we work so we are excited to have an opportunity to shape The Beach and make it an even better place!
