We are engineers, MBAs and proven marketers. We’ve cut out teeth at Canada’s largest engineering and consulting firms in million dollar projects where skills in sales, negotiating and project planning were a must.

We provide every one of our clients a personalized online dashboard. It’s a daily progress report at your fingertips on every step we take to reach a successful transaction.  We believe our clients deserve transparency, and it’s accessible any time of the day on your computer, Blackberry or iPhone.

All photographs and videos are professionally taken with high-grade HD equipment and lighting and processed in our in-house studio. Your home is marketed in all possible channels including Internet social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps and Kijiji.

5. We think differently.

We use lasers to measure your rooms’ dimensions and create fresh new floor plans of your home.  While others may simply copy old measurements from expired listings, we measure on the spot to ensure your listing is as accurate as possible.

Some hold Open Houses for a couple hours. We keep the door open until 5pm.  We catch a lot of last minute potential buyers who were turned away from other open houses.
